Solutions Merging Operations with Spexus Incorporated |

VA – Practical Solutions announced that
they merged operations under the Spexus Incorporated
umbrella. Financial details were not released. |
| The
combined company is positioned to lead the development
of building and supporting the needs of both commercial
and federal customers. The Spexus team will help
to transform client needs and vision into an effective
information technology solution. The combined team
will also have the resources to bring emerging technologies
into the lab and share real world experience with
our customers. |
| Spexus
will continue to integrate off the shelf technologies
and build custom software solutions that meet and
exceed our clients' business and technical objectives,
while improving the support practice for Dental
offices including integrating numerous specialty
technologies, radiography, intra oral cameras, practice
management and more. |
| In
conjunction with the acquisition of Practical Solutions,
Spexus announced the appointment of Philip Hildreth
as Vice President of Sales. His overall take on
the merge is an optimistic outlook as he has said,
“I am looking forward to this great opportunity
which I know will be of great benefit to us, and
most importantly, to our clients as well. Merging
with Spexus will provide the necessary operations
needed to meet the needs and the utmost standards
of our clients. ” |

(voice and data), large scale storage needs, and
new challenges such as VISTA conversions and Business
Intelligence initiatives. With our new structure,
we can now have our senior staff focus exclusively
on their areas of expertise rather than being spread
